Kelli Carr is a Compliance Consultant at The Political Law Group, where she supports the firm’s compliance advisory services. Specifically, Kelli tracks federal, state and local developments in campaign finance, lobbying and ethics laws; prepares and files lobbying, campaign finance and financial disclosure reports for clients; conducts comprehensive reviews of campaign and PAC financial activity; works closely with nonprofit clients to support compliance with tax-exempt organizational rules, corporate governance policies and reporting obligations; and coordinates with attorneys on investigations and responses to regulatory enforcement inquiries.

Prior to joining TPLG, Kelli was an assistant to a Congressman, worked in Governor Schwarzenegger’s Executive Office, spent seven years in public affairs, was a Deputy City Clerk and served four years with the Fair Political Practices Commission.
